Dominican Entrepreneur Payment Terms
These Payment Terms govern payments you make or receive through www.dominicanentrepreneur.com (the “Website”), operated by Dominican Entrepreneur, Inc. (Mount Vernon, NY, 10553, United States of America), its agents and/or subsidiaries, which are collectively referred hereto as “Dominican Entrepreneur”, “we” or “us”.
Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the Website. By making or receiving payments through the Website, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of third parties (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms. These Payment Terms are supplemental to Dominican Entrepreneur Terms of Service, as applicable (the “ToS”).
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the ToS.
Contracts between Users
Users are free to sign up, post a project, receive bids from other Users, review the User's portfolio and discuss the project requirements.
If you are awarded the Project as Seller, we will charge you a 3% or $3.00 USD (whichever is greater) project fee relative to the value of the Contract, as an intermediation fee. Such fee is levied at the time a Project has been awarded to you. If the Buyer subsequently pay the Seller more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the project fee on any overage payments.
Membership Plans
You can work on the site as a free member, or gain additional benefits as a paid member by upgrading to a paid plan.
